Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns under these conditions:

  • 30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Original Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
  • Complete Returns: All items included in a set must be returned together
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products, customized/personalized items, gift cards, or sale/clearance items unless defective.
